Siddhartha is a self-taught filmmaker and Master’s student in History and Literature at Columbia University, affiliated with ENS and EHESS in France. He recently completed the short film Lily Flowers: A New Chivalry (cf. his IMDb). He views technology as a powerful tool to democratize cinema and free independent creators from traditional, rigid studio control. While he strongly opposes using AI to replace human screenwriters, he actively embraces it as a creative asset, using it to generate absurd anachronisms and diegetic “propaganda” within his films.
