Abstract
The presentation delves into the dual impact of Artificial Intelligence on the museum world. While AI offers groundbreaking tools for classifying vast artistic archives and combating illicit art trafficking, it also poses a significant risk of dehumanizing the museum experience. The talk invites audiences to critically reflect on maintaining museums as essential spaces for human interaction and debate in a technology-driven era.
