Hi Cytopians!

It was a pleasure to share this first conference, “Understanding Today’s Technologies”, with you. It was an opportunity to discuss digital sovereignty, raise awareness about anonymity in this field, show the logical limits of current AI systems, and explore AI safety. Thank you to all the speakers for the quality of their presentations.

Cytopia proposes, from April to July 2026, three interdisciplinary cycles around more human and responsible uses of contemporary technologies.

This project is supported by the Cité internationale universitaire de Paris and the Fund for Resident Initiatives.

• Cycle I | April 14 -> May 12 | Understanding today’s technologies
• Cycle II | May 13 -> June 9 | Living with technologies: society, health, environment
• Cycle III | June 10 -> June 30 | Creating and thinking in the technological era

✍️ Would you like to participate or contribute to one of the three cycles?
