Juan is a master’s student in “Musées et nouveaux médias” at Sorbonne Nouvelle. Initially trained in marketing, he chose to steer his career toward the museum sector. His master’s research focuses on the boundaries between cultural mediation and marketing, notably in the context of museum night events. He is interested in audience development, cultural mediation, and communication strategies of cultural institutions. He specialized in audience studies, a field in which he has gained academic and professional experience in Mexico, Spain, and France.
