Introduction
Cytopia invites researchers, experts, and contributors to take part actively in the conference cycles. Three contribution modes are offered:
- Submit an abstract for a presentation and/or a full article
- Participate in translating the articles produced, to ensure multilingual accessibility of the content
- Consult and comment on articles currently under review via the collaborative platform
Each contribution is directed toward the most relevant thematic cycle, with the possibility of broadening the themes based on the submissions received.
Depending on how independently you wish to work, you can also submit an abstract, an article, and/or a presentation directly, without going through a preliminary discussion.
Contributions feed an editorial ecosystem enhanced by artificial intelligence (discussion, article, conference, book, and website), with progressive semantic structuring that makes content easier to query.
Recognition and Valuing of Contributions
All contributors - whether they propose a presentation, write an article, or take part in translation - will be acknowledged in the credits of the final Cytopia book. Each contributor will receive a copy of the book in recognition of their participation.
Submit an Abstract for a Presentation and/or an Article
Submission Process
To propose a presentation and/or article, please submit an abstract through the dedicated form: abstract submission form.
To make sure you do not miss anything (registration opening, deadline reminders, updates), follow us on Instagram and LinkedIn.
Important: submissions including both a presentation and a full article will be given priority during abstract selection, in order to enrich the written contributions for the cycles.
Format Specifications
Abstract (required for every submission)
- Length: around 200 words
- Content: title and brief description of your contribution
- Goal: allow the committee to assess the relevance of your proposal in relation to the Cytopia program
Article (optional, strongly encouraged)

Generative AI policy: Cytopia adopts a policy aligned with that of AAAI regarding the use of generative AI systems such as ChatGPT. Text generated by an AI system is forbidden in an article, except when it forms an integral part of the experimental protocol described by the article. This policy does not prohibit the use of AI tools for correcting, rewriting, or formatting text written by the authors.
Inclusive description of research contributions: please write the description of your contribution from an inclusive perspective. For example, prefer neutral or inclusive pronouns, use examples that reflect the diversity of the audiences concerned, and make sure figures, tables, and colors remain legible for people with low vision or color blindness.
Presentation
- Duration: 10 minutes followed by a Q&A session
- Content: summary of the topic addressed, clear perspective, and substantive arguments
- Goal: share results and encourage interdisciplinary dialogue
